• fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason as will be determined by Ashokavanam, in its sole discretion;                  
• take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems;           
• transfer your Ashokavanam account (including Feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent;          
• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Ashokavanam, or the interests or property of users;       
• use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose;
• bypass our robot exclusion headers, interfere with the working of our Services, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• harvest or otherwise collect information about users without their consent; or circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Services.

• Content that violates any of Ashokavanam's policies may be deleted at Ashokavanam's discretion;
• We strive to create a marketplace where buyers find what they are looking for. Therefore, the appearance or placement of listings in search and browse results will depend on a variety of factors. Ashokavanam shall have exclusive discretion in how the listing will appear.

                    

Purchase Conditions

 

                    

When buying an item, you agree to the Ashokavanam’s rules for buyers and that:         

• You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a bid or commitment to buy.
• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item.
• We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.

Pricing/Typographical error

 

                     

There may be typo error on the pricing or description on the website. In this case, ashokavanam holds the right to rectify changes and update the right price or detail. Also, ashokavanam.com holds the right to cancel the order and refund money back to its customer if the product is collected from you with 10-15 business days. The mode of refund will be same as per how you place the order

 

Domestic use

Ashokavanam.com makes no representation that the Website or Products are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Force Majeure

If the products are delayed or failed for any reason from the events or circumstances which are outside its reasonable control, neither of the parties will be held responsible for it (controls shall also include strikes, act of god, lock outs, accidents, breakdown of plant/machinery/shortage/unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and war). In such case, the party is entitled for the extension on delivery.

Risk of loss

All the items are checked and shipped from our warehouse. We have a separate shipment contract and if any damage persists while receiving the product or risk of loss, the title for such products pass to you by the carrier for delivery of products.
